• Incorrect shipping addresses supplied by customers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, braided wigs and certain hair products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returned items must:

• Be in their original packaging.
